Said the investment would pay itself back in about 4 years. Sounded pretty legit and convincing, which made me a bit wary. The bloke introduced himself as Joe, working for a solar panel firm, and he already had my last name, saying I’d supposedly asked about solar panels sometime ago. I told him I hadn’t got any installed and wasn’t really looking into it right now. I was nice about it, but before I could properly say I wasn’t interested, he just cut the call off.
