Lately, we've been getting loads of calls from what sound like Indian call centres. Honestly, feels like it’s all because of TalkTalk being careless with our info. The lady who rang had really poor English, couldn’t even get “Bournemouth” right. I told her no to that place, and anyway, the details she gave weren’t correct. Then she said my phone was being monitored - that’s when she just abruptly hung up!

Got a call from a foreign bloke who claimed I was being charged £7 a month for ‘TV maintenance’. I told him I wasn’t, and he just said alright and ended the call. Seemed like he was trying to hook me up with a better offer or something. Fairly polite chap, but honestly these calls are such an irritation.

Really strange, they mentioned i was being charged £7 monthly for my tv insurance but next month it would go down to £5. They said all i needed to do was update my bank details for the new direct debit. Then they asked which bank i use. I just said no way i’m saying that over the phone and ended the call there.
