I got a call from someone claiming to be from the local energy company, saying they knew I owned the house. When I asked 'How do you know I'm the owner?' - bearing in mind they never asked me who I was in the first place - there was silence on the line. Then he just said, 'Alright, thanks for your time, have a nice day,' and hung up. Honestly, felt like a pointless call, maybe some sales pitch I didn’t want, or could’ve even been a scam. Who can say for sure?
