Someone called me claiming to be from Bournemouth Council about fibreglass insulation, the number was 01202 794976. It all sounded quite convincing, but luckily I was busy at work and cut the call short.

The phone just went straight to answerphone with no message left, definitely one of those annoying spam calls.

As soon as I answered, the call just dropped out completely!

Some bloke rang this number askin' if I was Mrs Fay, I said nope, then he asked if I was Mrs Cunningham, said no again. Then he just huffed and hung up on me. Proper rude, and if he’s supposed to be selling insulation, he’s definitely not cut out for it!

They said they were from 1G Homes and had all my details like my name, address and my landline number. That really freaked me out a bit.
