Got a call from someone claiming to be linked to a government initiative about roof insulation. They said they wanted to arrange a no-cost inspection of our loft to check if the insulation could be improved, since apparently the stuff we have upstairs was no longer available after last September. They kept emphasising it was a genuine government-supported scheme. When they come, they mentioned the team from Mass Foam Service would show ID, wear masks, and have been vaccinated. They were pretty pushy about it all being legit.
