I’m not really sure what to say about this one - but if this were the lady I’m familiar with from Bournemouth, she would've left a message by now. Since it’s an unknown number and some others have mentioned getting calls from it too, I’m guessing it might be some kind of scam, so I’ll just get rid of it.
