6 yearsToday, 17th November 2020, I got a call from this number around 11:14am. The lady on the line claimed to be from Amazon and asked if I’d ordered a smartphone the night before. She spoke with an accent, maybe Asian. I told her I hadn’t got the faintest idea what she was on about and played along like I was a bit daft - I’m 79, so that wasn’t hard! She quickly ended the call after that. Just a heads up: if someone calls and doesn’t ask for you by name, or doesn’t say their name and which company they’re from right away, it’s probably a scam.
