I received a rather alarming message suggesting that my fibreglass and rock wool insulation might catch fire (which I know is utter nonsense) and was advised to swap it out for something that I believe was called Isoline. I had a conversation with a lady named Elizabeth, who seemed quite respectable and provided me with the contact number and website smart-home.uk.com. However, I couldn't track down any information on Isoline and began to worry it might be the perilous 'Icynene'. When I attempted to reach out to them again, the number was unresponsive. Quite puzzling, to say the least!
