So this lady called claiming she was from Microsoft’s Security Team. Apparently, she said someone in Miami was messing with my computer and had hacked into it. She gave me some kind of ID number to look at on my computer, then passed me to her manager. The guy told me I'd need to use anydesk.com to fix the issue. When my son stepped in to help and tried speaking to the manager, the call just got cut off by Microsoft. Bit fishy if you ask me!
