This company keeps ringing even though we're ex-directory and signed up with the TPS. It's baffling how they're allowed to keep calling numbers that aren’t even listed.

This company is driving me mad! They've been ringing non stop and every time I pick up, they just disconnect. So I tried calling back and after about five attempts where they just let the phone ring and then drop the call, someone finally answered. They told me they're from a renewable energy firm. Even though I've registered with the TPS, they claimed their calls were because I supposedly took part in a Lifetime Survey - which I definitely haven’t. The bloke said maybe someone else in my house did it... right, maybe it was the spider hanging out in the garage then!

They ring us once or twice a week usually in the evening around 6pm when they know we’re home. Today they called earlier though. We’re ex directory and on the TPS, so how’s this company allowed to keep calling us when it’s a UK number and UK laws should protect us?

Got a call from a woman claiming to be from some green energy firm in Poole, Dorset. I told her straight away I wasn’t interested and ended the call. I’m on the TPS list, but it seems like it’s not stopping these cold calls at all. At least this one was a real person and not some annoying automated voice!
