Received a rather dubious call from an Indian gentleman on the 20th of September 2012, right at 20:33 UK time, inquiring about the specifics of my washing machine model and make. Interestingly, I had a similar encounter previously regarding my computer security. It’s rather obvious they lack proper training; I’d advise against divulging any personal information. One could even consider threatening them with the authorities, as they've been rather abusive in their approach. As a precaution, I ended up disconnecting my landline to shake them off. Just a reminder - reputable service providers always reach out at sensible hours, not at half eight in the evening, cheeky blokes!
