It always seems to happen - when I’ve got an issue that I raise with them, a few days or even a week later, I’m plagued by these calls claiming there’s a problem with my broadband. Strangely, they never reference the matter I originally contacted them about. It feels like they’ve got some inside knowledge, and while I won't go as far as to say it’s outright corruption, it certainly raises eyebrows, given this isn’t the first incident I've encountered like this. They cleverly display a local number, which is a trick they can pull off nowadays, but I can assure you it’s not from Talking Talk.
