On the 17th of October 2024, I got a couple of recorded calls from a woman speaking with an English accent claiming to be from "bank security." She told me there were two transactions made, one allegedly to Amazon, using "your card," but she never specified which card it was. When I tried calling back the number (01202626459), all I got was a usual BT message saying "this number has not been recognised." It’s clear to me this was a dodgy financial scam, and I think these sorts of calls are really risky.
