Got a call from someone saying they were with BT Openreach, checking my broadband speed (I’ve been having issues but never actually reported them). They called back later since the first time wasn’t a good moment. At first, they sounded legit. They had me do a speed test - it didn’t look like anything from BT Openreach though. Then they sent me a link to a site my internet provider blocked, marking it as a scam. I told them I was ending the call and hung up straight away. I got the number from 1471, but when I tried calling back, it turned out not to be genuine.
