So, yesterday this guy with a strong accent who said his name was Patrick rang me, saying he was from Microsoft. He insisted they had to cut off my internet because it was supposedly hacked. As I started questioning him, he got visibly annoyed. When I told him I didn't deal with Microsoft at all, he just called me a liar and ended the call.
