seems like a real health insurance firm. i filled out a quote online (guess someone else probably did the same before me) and only after submitting did i see the message saying they would contact me! i was actually hoping to see the quote results right there on the site. so that’s on me.

i requested a medical insurance quote from axa health. when i checked their website, right before hitting ‘get a quote’ it says: "after you send your request, we'll get in touch to talk it through." so this call was just a bothersome sales call, but since i gave permission, i guess i can't call it anything but legit.

better not put your info online at all. even if you don’t actually hit send, they’ll still find a way to bother you nonstop to buy stuff. feels like gdpr means nothing to them.

I think it was meant to be some kind of health insurance firm or something.

some guy called david or something rang me up asking if i'd signed up for private health cover online. I told him i hadn’t. He went on about my number being on some website with a fake name starting with vy or something, and asked again if I’d registered. I said no again. He was pretty polite, said sorry and promised to take me off the list.
