I mentioned I worked as an engineer at Virgin and she just hung up on me, lmao.

Some woman claimed she was calling from Virgin, but I just hung up straight away. I'm fed up with these scam calls, especially since I'm a pensioner who stays at home most of the time. I can’t just turn off the phone because my family might need to get in touch, yet despite having a call blocker, I still get knocked with 5 or 6 of these nuisance calls every single day.

Some lady called saying she was Jenny from Virgin, telling me my internet was being used for illegal stuff. Turns out it’s a scam, I rang Virgin myself and they said they never made that call.
