I received a call from this number, claiming it was in regard to a repair for a Sky box. We informed them that we don’t have a Sky subscription, but they proceeded to confirm our address without a moment's hesitation. We just went along with it, nodding in agreement, but to be honest, we’re rather perplexed about the whole situation!

I received a call from this company requesting the full 16-digit number on my credit card. They then tried to persuade me that Sky doesn't offer a repair plan. Beware, these are clearly scammers!

They were adamant that we needed to switch to a new insurance plan for our Sky dish, claiming it would save us a couple of quid by cancelling our current policy. It sounded reasonable at first, but after a quick check, we realised that our existing cover was bundled in with our home and contents insurance. We made them hang on while we rifled through our bank details. To add to the confusion, we received three additional calls from them insisting that our satellite dish wasn't actually covered in that manner at all. Quite the mix-up, really!

Received a call from these folks, claiming to have my previous address details. They went on about how they could sort out my satellite box cover for a couple of quid less than my current rates. The moment we mentioned that we weren't handing any cash over, the woman got all shifty and we decided to end the call. Definitely dodgy characters trying to pull a fast one.

Last night, we received a rather persistent call from this number. The caller was insistent that we had established a Direct Debit for some sat repairs and even offered us a reduction of £2.00. However, we made it clear that we had no such Direct Debit in place. The caller then insisted otherwise, and when we maintained that we would certainly be aware of any existing arrangement, the line suddenly went silent mid-conversation. It feels as though they simply hung up on us, which is rather curious, to say the least.

It's rather suspect, and it feels as though they hung up on us mid-chat. Quite the peculiar experience!
