Got a call from this number at 10:53 today, but my call guardian stopped it and no voicemail was left. Checking out some other comments about it now. Have blocked the number just in case.

Never leave a message on the voicemail, it’s a waste of time! Drives me mad how they’re always ringing even though I’m ex-directory and signed up to the TPS. Still getting calls from all sorts, like supposed car accident claims, energy-saving offers, or random surveys! Luckily I have an answerphone now, so I just let them leave a message and don’t bother answering any more.

The name they had was a bit off, and I wouldn't confirm it until they said who they were, so they ended up hanging up.

Somebody called saying they were selling energy-saving stuff but couldnt even get my name right. The only thing they seemed to know was the start of my postcode, that was it.

It was defo a real person calling, not some robot, but they refused to share their name or any details. They kept using that classic line "Is that Mrs.?" - felt like a scam or just really cheeky.
