5 yearsI actually work at one of the offices linked to the emails you’ve been getting. Just to clear things up - this is totally a scam. The email address used belongs to a real estate agent in Malaysia, not us. The electrical firm they mention is legitimate, but the email isn’t genuinely from our company. Luckily, the phone numbers listed don’t seem to be in service, so no one can call and hand over their card information. We really apologise if this has caused any trouble. This is the first time we’ve come across something like this, and fingers crossed, it won’t happen again. We’re taking all the right steps to figure out where the scammers got our info and have put extra security measures in place to prevent this happening again.Malaysia5 yearsGot an email saying I owe them money! I've never dealt with these guys and definitely won't be starting now.5 yearsGot an email from some firm I've never dealt with, claiming my account’s overdue by more than a month. They said they’d shut it down for "persistent non-payment" if I don’t cough up soon and even mentioned passing it on to debt collectors. Total con trying to fleece folks out of cash.5 yearsGot this same email as someone mentioned below, saying my account is over 30 days late. Weird thing is, it came from a company I've never dealt with! They threatened me with “continued delinquency” action if I don’t sort it out. Feels like a classic scam to me.5 yearsHavent dealt with these guys but they keep saying we owe them money which isn't true at all. Total scam if you ask me!5 yearsI never received a phone call nor did I ring this number, but suddenly got a spam email from some random company I'd never heard of, and it had this phone number in it. The email said something like: "Your account is overdue by more than 30 days and needs your urgent attention. Could you update us on your payment status? If you want to arrange a payment plan or have any questions, please reach out to me. If payments aren't made, we'll have to close your account and send it to a collection agency. Thanks for sorting this out." Totally a SCAM!Collections Agency5 yearssounds dodgy to me, claimed to be an electric firm but i cant find any trace of them anywhere5 yearsThe email and company name seem legit at first glance, but the phone numbers they give don’t match the real ones from the actual company. It’s obvious this is a scam trying to trick you into ringing a dodgy number so they can pressure you into giving personal info.5 yearsI never actually received a call from this number, but it popped up in a spam email that looked pretty fishy.
