I wouldn't recommend getting involved with them; I’m utterly fed up with their relentless junk mail. They can’t even seem to get our surname spelled correctly!

Received three calls today and had a couple just the other day. These unsolicited rings have only just started, it seems. We have caller ID, so we tend to ignore numbers we don’t recognise. Unless these folks decide to leave a message that prompts us to take action, they might as well be ghosting us. The thing is, they never leave a voice note, so it looks like a chat with us will be off the cards, sadly. Let’s just say they’ll tire themselves out long before we do!

I've received five calls from these individuals within the span of just three hours. They don't seem to stay on the line for long, so by the time I manage to answer, the call has already dropped. I received three calls today, and there were a couple the day before as well. It seems these calls have started to become a regular occurrence. Since we have caller ID, we simply ignore any numbers we don't recognise. Until these callers decide to leave a message, we won’t bother engaging with them at all. But the fact is, they never leave any information, which means they'll never have the pleasure of conversing with us. If they’re trying to annoy us, they’ll tire out before we do! I noticed Mitac has provided a toll-free number, and I think we’ll keep giving them a call then hanging up at the most inconvenient moments for them. Why not everyone else join in for a bit of fun? Received a rather irritating call from this number earlier today, so I decided to ring 0800 519 40 87. When someone finally picked up, they asked if I was getting bothersome or nuisance calls-ones that cut off as soon as you pick up. I told them I was indeed referring to Castle Cover. The representative confirmed they were with Castle Cover, to which I expressed my annoyance and requested they cease these calls immediately, or I’d have no choice but to report them for harassment to the police and Ofcom for all this aggravation. They put me on hold for a moment, then transferred me to a manager who assured me that my number would be taken off their calling list. I made it clear that I expect this action to be taken, and I’ll not hesitate to escalate things further if it doesn’t stop.

I only partially completed their online quote request, and before I knew it, I was getting phone calls from them trying to engage in conversation. Unfortunately, their coverage options didn’t meet our needs, and due to a claim we filed within the last three months, they couldn’t even provide us with an online quote, regardless. I've sent them an email asking to remove our details from their database. I doubt that will make any difference, but we absolutely won't be considering them after this aggressive approach they’ve taken.

Today’s the 25th of August 2010, and I’m just fed up! Since the 20th, these callers have hit me up a whopping twelve times, and honestly, don’t they understand I’m not interested? We let our answering machine take over the moment we see their number pop up. Apparently, they’re offering something aimed at those over 50, but guess what? I’m not even close to that age yet! Talk about missing the mark! It really makes you wonder if they bother to do even the slightest bit of research before bombarding people, doesn’t it? Honestly, what a carry-on!

It's the 25th of August, 2010, and I can hardly believe it! Since the 20th of August, 1912, these persistent callers have tried to reach us once more, yet they're still none the wiser. Just to clarify, I'm absolutely not inclined to engage with them! Thus, our answerphone is set to give them a little nudge as soon as we spot their number. Apparently, they're peddling some sort of insurance aimed at folks over the age of fifty, but I'm not even close to that milestone! Honestly, it feels like they need to invest a bit more effort into their "research." What a palaver!
