I didn’t bother returning the call since it was from Bournemouth. Lately, I’ve seen around five missed calls from places like Ipswich and Bristol, plus a few others that I can’t quite remember where they were from.

Got a call from a company claiming to retrieve poi stuff, but their accent was definitely from abroad. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.

they called me three times today, and ive never shared my number with anyone so how they got it is beyond me. i really cant stand cold calls. they should seriously ban them.

So this number rang me today, and I’m having a look here to see what people say. I saw a comment saying "called me twice, didn’t pick up, sounds like a PPI company." But how do you know it’s a PPI firm if you never even answered the call??? Comments like that just make these tools less reliable. And just to be clear, I didn’t answer either, which is why I’m checking if it’s worth blocking or not. Stuff like what’s written below really doesn’t help anyone.

Got a call from a company showing a Bournemouth number. It was some PPI cold caller calling themselves Black Pear! They said they were from Leeds, postcode IS1 6JL or summat like that.

Couldn't really get the accent, sounded weird. Said I'm not interested but they keep calling anyway. Let it go to voicemail - my voicemail sounds proper real, tricks people into their sales spiel before they find out no one's picking up. We don't deal with random cold calls. Just stop wasting time.
