They've rang me at least half a dozen times from the 26th to the 29th of August 2016. No messages left, so I just ignore them. Wouldn't bother answering, honestly.

Got no clue who’s been ringing me. They called 12 times just today, with 3 calls coming in all at once around 11:20 - that’s 3 in less than a minute! Every time there’s just silence on the other end, which I know isn’t allowed, but seems like there’s bugger all I can do about it. The so called telephone preference ‘service’ is totally useless and doesn’t help at all.

When I picked up the phone, a chap claimed he was from Resolution. I flatly told him I wouldn't divulge any personal details to an unknown caller. In response, he unleashed a barrage of foul language and then promptly cut the call. What a charmer!
