If you can, just don’t pick up or use a call blocker because they’re suuuper irritating. Feels like they’re after a commission or something, always poking around with nosy questions. Just had a call from a pushy, overly confident salesman who acted like he was the centre of the universe. He was so full of himself! Thankfully, he hung up pretty quickly once he saw I wasn’t interested, but it makes me worry about older folks who might be easier to fool. These sneaky tricks are really nasty, and I guess when these guys are congratulating themselves for pulling one over on people, I hope they remember karma’s got a way of catching up with them. They’ll get what's coming to them eventually. Honestly, it’s high time stricter legal measures were brought in to deal with these nuisances who think it’s fine to bother us in our own homes.

Today I got a call from someone trying to sell health insurance for £100 a month to my elderly dad. They just wouldn’t hang up, had to actually put the phone down myself. When they rang again later, I made it clear I didn’t want any more calls from them.

Got a call today from some Insured company in Poole, Dorset. Even though I’m signed up to the TPS on both my mobile and landline, they just ignore it. Luckily, I’ve got this thing called CallSaint now, so hopefully they won’t bother me again :)
