This drain servicing company has been quite relentless, attempting to pressure my father for their final fee. After I intervened, requesting the necessary documents, they resorted to threats of involving a debt collection agency and abruptly disconnected the call. It's truly appalling how some unscrupulous individuals exploit and intimidate elderly and vulnerable people.

It’s shocking how these folks, operating under the name South West Drain Services, seem to evade any consequences. An elderly individual who’s just 83 has been taken for almost £400 by KC Nationwide Services along with South West Drain Services. Beware, they’re actively looking for staff here: https://www.gumtree.com/p/office-jobs/telesales/5397622595. If you think about phoning their landline, do yourself a favour and don’t; it goes straight to a full voicemail and you’ll get nowhere. I’d suggest having a look on Facebook for the director and perhaps check Companies House for more information.

I've found myself in an almost identical situation, with just a few minor differences. Initially, I was quoted £250 for the first year, another £250 for the second, and now I'm being asked for £180. I’ve never made any payments regarding drain cover at all. Honestly, this reeks of a scam, so I urge everyone to be vigilant and not fall for it! I've attempted to contact Secure My Drains to let them know that someone is using their name for this dodgy scheme, but so far, I've had no response.
