Seems like they might get a bonus if they finish their pitch. I’ve now blocked the whole 01202159*** range after looking it up and seeing loads of spam calls from numbers with different last three digits. I don’t know anyone from Bournemouth, either, so no idea why they keep calling. Big shout out to my BT 8500 True Call for letting me block up to 1000 numbers - it’s so handy I haven’t even needed to switch on the Call Guardian feature.
