I've had the misfortune of dealing with Chris yet again regarding loft insulation. Every time I block his calls from an 01202 number, he promptly rings me from a different one! I've made it crystal clear that I don't even have a loft, yet he insists that some database indicates my insulation is due for an upgrade. It's utterly infuriating!

Received a call from someone touting a complimentary survey, suggesting that my loft might be at risk of condensation issues and in need of some treatment. He mentioned that there are only a handful of available slots left in the area, asserting that many of the locals have already had the work done, which we know is complete nonsense. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to note down the name of the company.

Got two calls in about quarter of an hour from a number I didn’t know, didn’t pick up and they didn’t bother to leave any voicemail either!

Sounds like a total rip-off to me. The guy said my loft insulation wasn’t up to scratch, but when I asked for his details, he just dodged the question and switched topics. I told him I wasn’t bothered and ended the call.

They said they were from my local energy provider, but honestly, I reckon it’s just a scam.

Some bloke called called himself Matthew, sayin he was "calling back like he said he would" but honestly, he never phoned me before nor did I ask for a call. This number’s on the TPS so I don't get cold calls like this. Definitely gonna report him for this.
