07/08/2025 10:45 am: I received a phone call from a posh sounding English lady about a Government-funded home improvement scheme that supposedly applies in my area. She said I might qualify, but I was quite sceptical since I hadn't seen anything about this scheme on the news. For some reason, it just didn't sound legit to me.
