However, I’ve been attempting to reach them to cancel the appointment but to no avail. I initially spoke with a chap named Howard Jones when arranging this. They even provided me with a discount code. I’ve tried ringing the number to cancel the visit but keep getting a recorded message stating “thank you for calling, an agent will assist you shortly.” I’ve tried several times with no one answering, so I decided to look them up online and it appears this is a scam.
