This number rang me about booking a home visit to give a quote for a loft conversion. I had arranged it through someone named Howard Jones and even got a discount code. Since then, I’ve tried to ring back loads of times to cancel but it’s impossible to get through. Every time the call goes to a recorded message saying “an agent will be with you shortly,” but no one ever answers. After a few attempts, I looked the number up online and found out it’s a scam. Would recommend blocking this caller if you can.

Got some scammer who’s being proper rude, calling an NHS number over and over. Honestly BT or the council should step in and put a stop to these calls, it’s not on at all.

Sounds like a dodgy scam to me, where they try selling loft insulation to older folks and then want to send someone over to do a survey on heat loss. Really smells fishy.

I picked up but no one responded, just loads of noise like it was coming from one of those call centres, then the line went dead.

Got a call around 5:30 pm today, no one talked on the other end but I could hear noises in the background. Definitely felt like a pointless nuisance call.
