I believe I've come across a dubious scheme regarding loft insulation. The chap on the other end had a rather posh accent but utterly butchered the word 'deregulated'. When I expressed my disinterest in hearing about my supposed entitlements, he went and insulted my intelligence before abruptly hanging up. Quite rude, if you ask me!

Just had a rather suspicious call regarding some loft insulation supposedly flagged as unsafe by the government. They’ve said they want to come by for an inspection first thing tomorrow at 9am - and it’s only 5.45pm right now! Seems a bit dodgy to me.
