Some guy called Chris from Energy Supplier or something was going on about how old loft insulation causes mould and condensation. Then he started ringing people who’ve never even had a survey done. Apparently, if you’re “old” the survey is free, but if you’re not it’ll cost you £75. Ha, like I’m buying that! Do they really think I’m that daft? Total scam if you ask me!!!!!!

Got a call from a bloke with a sort of British accent, he was asking if I owned the house. Thing is, the connection was rubbish, kept cutting out so I could hardly catch what he was saying, just like some others mentioned. In the end, I just ended the call.
