I have no idea who they are, but it’s so frustrating how often they keep ringing me.

We’ve had calls from 01202137435 quite a bit lately, and also from numbers that look similar. It’s been going on for days, and loads of folks around our area are getting them too. Usually they call three or four times a day. We’ve just stopped answering now because nothing ever happens when we pick up. Sometimes they ring off to answerphone but never leave a message. When someone finally answers, the caller says he’s Chris from "local Green Energy." But when we asked for the company’s name, there was no record of it anywhere in London, which is where he claimed to be based. Others say the number is actually from Bournemouth, so it’s definitely not local to us.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from my energy supplier, but they never actually named the company. He then went on nonstop about loft insulation, real pushy about it. I told him we’d already sorted that out, but he just wouldn’t stop. In the end, I had to hang up. Total scam!

Chris just wont give up, he’s phoned me 4 times about some dodgy cavity wall insulation. Every time I let the answerphone take the call, he just ends up hanging up. Pretty annoying!

Got a call from someone saying they were with an insulation company, telling me that the insulation in the SY16 postcode is apparently unsafe. They kept going on and on and wouldn’t let me say a word, so I just ended the call. I’ve put in a complaint with the TPS as well.

Got a call from someone saying my loft insulation was really old and causing dampness and mould. They kept asking me to confirm my last name, which I wouldn’t give, but told them they should already have it. They kept repeating the question over and over. The bloke said his name was Chris and claimed to be a local insulation advisor for my part of town. I already noticed the number was from Bournemouth area, and funny enough, it was the second call I’d had from there today, on 14/07/21.
