The weird thing is the first number sounded like it was from Ireland, but the 0120813708 one looked like it could be from Bournemouth. Feels a bit dodgy to me!

The callers called themselves Mike and Matthew, but I'm certain it's a scam because I don't have any government-funded insulation in my loft. They've called me a few other times before too.
