I received a call from an investment company, and they inquired if I was familiar with bitcoin.

I chose not to pick up since I didn’t recognise the number and suspect it’s probably some sort of scam. If it were truly important, I can only presume they would’ve left a voicemail.

Saw this number pop up from Bournemouth but decided not to pick up, and they didn’t leave any voicemail either.

Got a missed call and when I rang back it said "wrong number dialled". Pretty clear it's one of those spam calls.

As I mentioned earlier, the phone disconnects almost instantly, which hints that the call centre might be employing some automated dialling system. It seems they don't have enough personnel on hand, possibly to try and ensnare unsuspecting victims.

I got a call from some bloke trying to flog me Bitcoin, and when I challenged him about it, he started swearing and being really rude.

The phone rang briefly before the caller disconnected. I'm taking a wild guess that it was a dodgy scam attempt, so I've decided to block the number.
