It appears there's a rather dubious department masquerading as a life insurance review service. I was quite adamant about not disclosing any details regarding my policy since they were unable to provide me with the name of my insurance provider.

Got a call from a bloke asking to speak to my lad. He claimed he was from Sun Life, telling me about some deal that had expired but they could give us a better one now. All this rushed out before I could say my son doesn’t live here anymore. He said sorry and then just hung up quick sharp. My son’s never dealt with Sun Life before, so I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. Tried looking up the number on 147, but when you call it, it’s always busy.
