That’s definitely Switchboo, some sort of utility switching company, but since I never asked them to ring and they just cold called me unexpectedly, I’m finding it a bit annoying. Also, those glowing reviews from the 9th all look almost identical in the way they’re written, which seems quite fishy. I wouldn’t put much trust in them at all.
