Some bloke rang up saying they knew I’d just had a new roof put on and tried to say there might be some condensation issues because of it. I cut him off quick. He asked if I’d noticed any problems with damp or heating messing things up. Then he tells me I really should be aware of it, claiming it’s important. I asked if anyone else had warned me before, I said no. He carried on saying it’s not urgent now but I should keep an eye on it and asked if I owned the house. I told him I didn’t and then he hung up on me. Strange call.
