7 yearsI got a call from someone claiming to be from BT internet, saying there was a problem with my connection and I needed to call them back. Honestly, it sounded like complete rubbish to me. I've worked with Openreach before, and they never ring you out of the blue unless you’ve asked for help - and even then, they usually send an engineer around if there’s a fault. I dread to think how much they’d try to charge if you actually phoned them back. When they called, I pretended to be an Openreach manager, and guess what? They hung up damn quick.
