Loft insulation call, sounds like one of those middlemen working with dodgy fitters who take advantage of the gov/EU grants like Nest or Staying-put without much scrutiny. I received a call from an unfamiliar number that I decided to pick up. The person on the other end introduced himself as "Patrick". He inquired if I was the property owner, to which I confirmed. He then proceeded to explain that he was reaching out to discuss some insulation work his firm had allegedly carried out in our loft not long ago.
