The person on the phone introduced herself as Melanie.

Why isn't he being honest when he calls? He's a dishonest person! I don't owe anyone money, so why would he be calling me? And even SARS doesn't recognize his identity. It's a fraudulent act. I believe individuals who deceive others in this manner are actually engaging in criminal behaviour themselves! If someone truly owes money, they should have the courage to face the situation with honesty and integrity.

The company involved is called Horton Mpumalanga, and you can reach them at this contact number: 011 972 0063. Tjaard van der Walt is another person you can speak to there. They claim to have obtained our information from the Mpumalanga department, but he refuses to disclose who provided it to them.
