Somebody rang saying it was time to renew my Sky box insurance. Trouble is, I’ve never actually owned a Sky box. So, it was either a cold call gone wrong or maybe even a dodgy scam!

I picked up the phone and the person on the other end just hung up straight away, so I'm guessing it was one of those typical scam calls.
