Total rip off. They claimed to be from the BT Openreach tech crew saying my internet was about to be cut off due to some big issue. I just hung up, then tried ringing them back to tell them to disconnect me properly but no one picked up! Utter con artists with zero customer service. Really rude and way too pushy! Stay clear of these jokers, dont get sucked into a chat with em.

This number, 01189473399, kept ringing me five times today. It always ended up with my answerphone picking up, but not a single word was left in a message! Quite odd really.

kept getting calls this morning, like 9 times, from a number claiming to be bt openreach. honestly felt like harassment at some point. ive no doubt its a scam since the number wasn’t anything like the official bt contact. quite annoying really.

It’s really annoying how this number keeps calling me over and over every day. Whenever I pick up, nobody’s there and the line just goes dead. This has been happening way too often lately.

Another day, another dodgy call just as usual deadline was coming up. Picked up the phone and it was a scammer again. This is the third one this morning, and they keep switching the numbers they’re calling from!

Got a call from some Indian call centre claiming to be from BT. I'm not even a BT customer, but they went on about BT controlling all the WiFi. They tried to say I wasn’t with their service and even said they’d disconnected my phone line - the same line I was using to speak to them! Later on, I picked up again. Just watch out for these lot.
