Didn’t pick up the phone at all.

Received a call claiming to be from Virgin Media, insisting they'd identified issues with my router. I assured them everything was functioning fine on my end. They insisted there were alerts showing up for them. When I probed them about their plan of action, they abruptly ended the call. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
