I got called by a lady with what sounded like an Asian accent, saying she was from BT. She told me there were loads of issues with my line and some dodgy activity going on. I found it odd since my internet provider keeps an eye on my line - I’ve already reported random disconnections! Plus, I mentioned BT normally use 0800 numbers. After that, she went quiet and hung up. Sounds like a total scam to me.

Got a call from 01189629610 this morning around 8.17am. The caller said they were Nicky Edge from BT Openreach and threatened to cut off my service. Definitely felt like a scam to me.
