We previously had an advertisement with them, but I've let them know we won’t be using their services again, aside from the complimentary listing. When we initially signed up, they assured us that we should expect a return of 25 times our investment. Out of a £500 advertisement, we ended up with £400 worth of work - not too shabby! However, when they tried to persuade us to re-run the ad, we were told the last one didn't perform well because it was poorly designed. Quite ironic, given that they were the ones who created the ad in the first place!
