I’m employed at the Clarins skin spa inside John Lewis Reading, and our number’s been linked to this one. Sadly, it seems some dodgy international call centre has hacked our phone line, and we think it might be risky. If you happen to get a call from this number, best just to ignore it while we try to fix things. Really sorry for any hassle this might have caused.

At 9:08 this morning, I got a call from 0118 959 7999. Even though the number has the Reading area code, my phone flagged it as coming from abroad, so I didn’t pick up. When I looked it up, it said it’s linked to Clarins Skin Clinic in Reading, but I’m more than a hundred miles away from Reading, so I doubt it was really them trying to get in touch.
