7 yearsI got a call about a PPI claim they said I made, but I’ve never done that. The person couldn’t say my name properly, so I just ended the call. Later on, my wife mentioned she did actually put in a claim, so maybe it was real after all. Still, I thought they’d speak better English if it was legit.PPI7 yearsSomebody rang me saying they were from BT, then handed me over to a senior tech bloke who just repeated what the first one said. They told me my internet was throwing up error messages and said if I turned on my computer, they could fix it for me. The English was really poor and tough to follow.BT7 yearsGot a recorded message from a woman saying my Amazon Prime had been renewed for £39.99 and if I want to talk to an Amazon rep, I should press 1. Thing is, I don’t even have Amazon Prime and they don’t have this landline number on record. Bet they’ll ring from another number next time, so blocking this one is probably pointless.AmazonAmazon PrimeSubmit Your Own Report (11895740730)
