Ugh, got another scam call again today. Some guy with an Indian accent claimed he was ringing from BT about our internet. He called me by my husband's last name, but the account is actually under mine. I just ended the call straight away.

Firt time I got a call from a guy claiming to be from BT. I picked up cos I was waiting on a call from someone I didn’t know. He said he was calling to offer help or something. I made it clear I hadn’t requested the call and told him very firmly not to ring me again. But he kept going on about trying to help me, which annoyed me a lot. In the end I just told him to buzz off and hung up. Then about an hour later he rang again, but I ignored it.

I ended the call while he was still trying to convince me to let him sort it out. He rang again moments later, asking if I’d hung up on him. When I said yes, he had the nerve to ask why, saying he was just trying to help! Seriously, don’t give these lot any details.

She then started asking questions about whether I had any laptops or computers. When I said I didn’t have a PC, she got really rude and kept pestering me like, "So what do you use then?" I just said PlayStation, and she abruptly ended the call. Bit fishy if you ask me. Definitely don’t share any personal details with these types, they’re up to no good.
