My mum got a call from a man claiming someone was trying to hack her iPad from the States. She hurried off to get the iPad but by the time she was back on the phone, they had already hung up. Not long after, they phoned again while I was with her, this time showing interest in her phone service, mentioning some firm called Imperial Telecom. Then, about two minutes later, another bloke called, said his name was Mark and insisted he wasn’t trying to sell anything. It’s left my mum really anxious - she’s nearly 80 and definitely doesn’t need this kind of stress. Honestly, these companies should be embarrassed for pulling stunts like this.

This number keeps calling us like 5 times daily. The people on the other side are really rude and even yell at my mum and dad. Such awful manners.
