I think someone’s been using my number to make calls that I haven’t made at all. Feels like it might be some kinda new scam going around. Pretty frustrating!

Some scammers attempted to gain access to my computer. I messaged with them for a short while, then I simply shut my computer down and powered it back up. Afterwards, a blue screen popped up with some pretty alarming warnings about repair issues, supposedly from Microsoft or IBM. I followed the prompts, and luckily, everything seems fine now. Given what happened, I reckon this is quite risky. Could they have actually messed with my computer?
